Each time a parent or teacher is caught attending a PTO meeting or volunteering at an event, they will get "tagged" with a penguin to be displayed on the teacher’s or student’s classroom door.
At the end of the year, the class with the most penguin tags will win their choice of a pizza or ice cream party.
